1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window of 2 days only if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or with manufacturing defect.
    2. Return will be processed only if:
      • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
      • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
      • the product is returned in original condition (with manufacturer’s box and MRP tag intact).
    3. If you have received a mask with manufacturing defect, a replacement will be applicable, only if the exact same item is in stock.
    4. Return will not be processed if the product has been used while in your possession.
    5. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
